VIDEO: Shatta Wale releases new single for Christmas, dares Andy Dosty to play

Shatta Wale is out with a new afro-pop single to celebrate the forthcoming Christmas and New Year festivities.

Titled “Bronya” (translates as Christmas in Twi), the slow tempo jam produced by Paq celebrates the love of Shatta Wale’s life.

Unlike his usual loud music, Shatta Wale took it cool and laid his vocals low beneath the classic beat.

He released the single on Wednesday, December 18, with a straight jab and dare to radio presenter Andy Dosty via Twitter.

“Somebody should tell @andydosty I just released the #Bronya song…now I dare him to play it,” he tweeted.

But Andy Dosty, who has been at loggerheads with the controversial dancehall star, is yet to respond to the dare.
